Multi-Model Universal Anti-Vibration Boring Bar・Special Parts for Precision Small Bore Boring
- NBJ / NBH series solid carbide anti-vibration boring bars are universally engineered to perfectly match NBJ10, NBJ12, NBJ16 and NBH2084 fine boring systems. Adopting integrated tungsten carbide structure with dense metallographic texture, these bars deliver outstanding rigidity, structural toughness and natural vibration damping.
- They are specially developed for challenging working conditions including long overhang boring, deep blind holes, thin-walled workpieces and narrow cavities. By reducing cutting resonance, tool deflection and dimensional distortion, the bars greatly optimize bore roundness, straightness and inner wall finish.
- With cryogenic aging treatment and high-precision cylindrical grinding, each boring bar maintains tight dimensional tolerance and stable assembling accuracy. The anti-rust surface treatment ensures good corrosion resistance against cutting fluid and harsh workshop environment.Compatible with standard CNC machines and tapping centers, this full-series boring bar set covers multiple industrial fields, providing stable and reliable solutions for small hole finishing, hole correction and mass production.

Feature: The extension length can be freely adjusted according to the hole depth to achieve the optimal effective depth.
Note: If the tool shank diameter is smaller than the inner bore of the boring head, use the corresponding reducing sleeve. Compatible with TB/TP insert series.
