In the use of temperature transmitters, various fault problems often occur. The most common one is the no-output fault. As long as users make appropriate adjustments to it, it can generally be solved. Appropriate learning of the no-output debugging of temperature transmitters by users is beneficial for them to solve fault problems. Next, we will provide a detailed introduction to the reasons for the no-output phenomenon of temperature transmitters.

1. Check whether the power supply of the temperature transmitter is connected in reverse and whether the positive and negative poles of the power supply are connected correctly.

2. Measure the power supply of the transmitter to see if there is a 24V DC voltage. It is essential to ensure that the power supply voltage to the transmitter is ≥12V (i.e., the input voltage of the transmitter's power supply is ≥12V). If there is no power supply, it is necessary to check whether the circuit is broken, whether the detection instrument is selected incorrectly (the input impedance should be ≤250 ohms), etc.

3. If the pressure transmitter is equipped with a gauge head, it is necessary to check whether the gauge head is damaged (you can first short-circuit the two wires of the gauge head; if they are normal after short-circuiting, it indicates that the gauge head is damaged). If the gauge head is damaged, a new one needs to be replaced.

4. If there is a problem with the pressure transmitter, the ammeter can be connected in series in the 24V power circuit to check whether the current is normal. If it is normal, it indicates that the transmitter is functioning properly. At this point, it is necessary to check whether other instruments in the circuit are normal.

5. Check if the power supply is connected to the power input terminal of the transmitter. Connect the power cord to the power connection port. The reasons for the temperature transmitter having no output during debugging are the above-mentioned situations. Of course, in practical applications, many problems may occur that cause the temperature transmitter to fail to work properly. Before installation and use, it is recommended that everyone carefully identify the faults. Under normal circumstances, if a sensitive component malfunctions, it cannot be repaired by an individual. Instead, the entire component should be replaced with the manufacturer.
