Signal amplification and enhancement: Amplify the weak sensor signal to a level sufficient for long-distance transmission.

Noise suppression and signal isolation: Through filtering and circuit design (sometimes with built-in signal isolators), on-site electromagnetic interference is suppressed to protect the control system from damage such as surges and ground loops in the sensor circuit.

Signal standardization: The different characteristic signals of various types of sensors (T/C, RTD) are uniformly converted into standard 4-20mA and other signals, simplifying the design, maintenance and spare parts management of the back-end control system.

Improving accuracy: Through cold end compensation and linearization processing, the accuracy of the entire temperature measurement system has been significantly enhanced.

Long-distance reliable transmission: The 4-20mA current signal is particularly suitable for reliable transmission over tens to hundreds of meters in industrial environments.

Simplified wiring: The two-wire design (with power and signal sharing a pair of wires) greatly simplifies the wiring process.
