Products Description

 

  • SBJ10/12/16 series CNC precision fine boring bars are special modular boring tools for NBJ/SBJ micro-adjustable fine boring heads. With 10/12/16mm standard shank sizes, it perfectly fits high-precision inner hole machining of small holes, deep cavities and long overhang working conditions.
  • The tool body is integrally vacuum quenched and hardened. It owns high rigidity and outstanding anti-vibration performance, which effectively eliminates cutting chatter marks and keeps stable micron dimensional tolerance and excellent hole surface finish.
  • With universal standard interface, it realizes easy assembly and high coaxiality, supports flexible extension splicing. Wear-resistant and stable in mass production, it is widely applied to precision boring in mold, automobile, hydraulic valve and non-standard precision parts industries.
