SBJ10/12/16 series CNC precision fine boring bars are special modular boring tools for NBJ/SBJ micro-adjustable fine boring heads. With 10/12/16mm standard shank sizes, it perfectly fits high-precision inner hole machining of small holes, deep cavities and long overhang working conditions.
The tool body is integrally vacuum quenched and hardened. It owns high rigidity and outstanding anti-vibration performance, which effectively eliminates cutting chatter marks and keeps stable micron dimensional tolerance and excellent hole surface finish.
With universal standard interface, it realizes easy assembly and high coaxiality, supports flexible extension splicing. Wear-resistant and stable in mass production, it is widely applied to precision boring in mold, automobile, hydraulic valve and non-standard precision parts industries.
