CBH series large-aperture micro-adjustable precision boring tools are wide-range high-precision modular boring tools dedicated to CNC machining centers.It covers an ultra-large boring range of φ20-φ202mm, adapting to precision inner hole machining of medium-large apertures, box deep cavities and oversized parts.
The tool body is integrally forged and quenched from high-strength alloy steel, with ultra-high rigidity and excellent anti-vibration performance. Stable long-overhang cutting without chatter marks, accurately ensuring hole dimensional tolerance and excellent inner wall surface finish.Equipped with high-precision gap-free fine adjustment mechanism, it features clear scales and smooth accurate adjustment, maintaining stable dimensional consistency for long-term batch production. With universal modular interface, it can flexibly match extension boring bars, adapting to complex multi-working-condition boring, widely applied to high-precision boring of molds, construction machinery, auto boxes, hydraulic valves and large non-standard components.
