  • SDJ series small diameter tungsten steel anti-vibration fine boring tools are special tools with external tooth and internal tooth specifications, designed for high-precision machining of slender small holes. Suitable for CNC machining centers, precision lathes and other equipment, focusing on small diameter, slender and deep hole precision boring scenarios.
  • The tool body is integrally formed of high-purity tungsten steel, with high density and sufficient hardness. Equipped with exclusive anti-vibration structure design, it effectively suppresses cutting vibration during small-diameter long-overhang machining, eliminates chatter marks, and ensures ultra-smooth hole surface and micron-level dimensional tolerance.
  • Available in two specifications: external tooth and internal tooth, adapting to different clamping and processing needs.
