NBH2084X precision fine boring tool set is a special high-precision boring tool for CNC machining centers. Adopting upgraded lightweight LBK shank structure, its boring diameter ranges from φ8 to φ320mm, with micro adjustment precision up to 0.005mm.Equipped with eccentric fine adjustment structure with zero rotational clearance and no jamming, it achieves more stable, accurate and smooth machining. The scale slide rail rough adjustment design greatly speeds up tool setting and simplifies operation. Its over-position locked boring bar and closely fitted flange deliver outstanding anti-vibration performance. LBK shank supports flexible extension, and the whole unit is 2kg lighter than traditional NBH2084 boring heads. Built-through holes fit tungsten steel anti-vibration boring bars for deep hole processing. Thickened cross tool arm ensures high rigidity for heavy-duty large-aperture boring. The overall machining efficiency is improved by 50%, widely applied in mold, auto parts and heavy machinery precision boring industries.
